  • 1 Nonstick Pan
  • 1 Spatula


  • 3 tbps Butter
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives
  • 1 tbps Fresh Cream
  • Salt According to taste
  • Papper According to taste


  • At first, break 2 Eggs into a nonstick pan and add 2 small cubes of butter.
  • Take one spatula and start continuous stirring in medium low heat.
  • When it gets thicken then take of the pan from the heat for 20-30 sec and continue the stirring process.
  • After that, then bring back the pan again to heat and add 1 small cube of butter and stir continuously.
  • Next, add 1tablespoon of fresh cream to it and also add salt and pepper according to taste and stir well.
  • When the texture gets creamy then switch of the flame and place it on a toasted bread.
  • For garnishing add some finely chopped chives and black pepper.
