Equipment
- 1 Nonstick Pan
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 3 tbps Butter
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives
- 1 tbps Fresh Cream
- Salt According to taste
- Papper According to taste
Instructions
- At first, break 2 Eggs into a nonstick pan and add 2 small cubes of butter.
- Take one spatula and start continuous stirring in medium low heat.
- When it gets thicken then take of the pan from the heat for 20-30 sec and continue the stirring process.
- After that, then bring back the pan again to heat and add 1 small cube of butter and stir continuously.
- Next, add 1tablespoon of fresh cream to it and also add salt and pepper according to taste and stir well.
- When the texture gets creamy then switch of the flame and place it on a toasted bread.
- For garnishing add some finely chopped chives and black pepper.
