So lets simplify the recipe of a Classic French Omelette.It is very creamy and can be eaten as Breakfast.

  • 1 Nonstick Pan
  • 1 Spatula


  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • Salt According to taste
  • pepper According to taste


  • Start The recipe by cracking 2 large eggs into a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Mix well with the help of fork so that the mixture get smooth.
  • After that, add onetable spoon of butter into a nonstick pan and turn on the heat to medium low.Heat the pan until lightly foaming.
  • Next, pour the egg mixture to the pan and quickly start stirring that mixture all over the pan.
  • Bring the mixture in the center from the sides and break the lumps.
  • After 30-45 seconds bring all the creamy part at the one side of that pan and slowly start folding from the other side of the pan.
  • After that, switch of the burner to stop browning of the egg. Then jerk the handle once to bring the shape of the omelette as an almond.
  • Next Switch of the flame and put the egg out onto a plate.
  • Next brush the butter from the top and sprinkle some finely chopped herbs according to your taste.
  • Hence, it is ready to eat.
