Equipment
- 1 Non Stick Pan
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cubes Butter
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 small bowl Cheese shreded
- Salt According to taste
- Pepper According to taste
Instructions
- At first break 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Then mix it well until it turns to a smooth liquid.
- Next, heat a non stick pan and add 2 small cubes of butter.
- The Heat should be medium heat.
- After that, put the egg mixture into the pan and stir around the surface of the pan and bring the semi solid part to the middle.
- After 1 minute add some shredded cheese on a side of the egg and fold the other part on the cheese part. Keep that for 30sec each side.
- Then switch off the flame and place that cheese omelette onto a plate.
